Senior Accountant Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform certain monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for US entity and 4 subsidiary entities
- Prepare journal entries,
- Prepare profit and loss variance analyses,
- Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations,
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience as an accountant
- Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Hybrid work--2 days a week in the office
