Tasks
- Management of rent and general ledger accounting tasks, including debit entries and year-end postings.
- Routine reconciliation of general ledger and individual accounts.
- Technical and accounting auditing of vendor invoices to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Handling payment transactions and proposing payments.
- Conducting dunning processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS standards.
- Serving as a point of contact for colleagues across all departments.
Profile
- Education/Training: Completed commercial training, such as real estate agent certification or equivalent.
- Experience: Substantial professional background in a similar role within a real estate company; a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Proficiency in rental and financial accounting is essential.
- Familiarity with HGB standards is necessary.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and methodical skills are required.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Results-oriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with iX-Haus or similar real estate software is desirable.
