Your role
Are you a Functional Consultant with proven ability to design complex applications? Do you enjoy working with global teams and collaborating with multiple business stakeholder? Are you analytically strong and highly motivated? Do you want to play a key role for our digital transformation journey?
We’re looking for someone like you to help us:
• domain knowledge in Finance Domain preferably in Asset Management
• driving the functional requirements for strategic projects and business requirements with different stakeholders globally
• conduct requirements-gathering with internal/external stakeholders
• support the team by defining the requirements and supportive business processes in FSD/BRDs
• conducting Gap Analysis to understand the To-Be Requirements
• collaboration on proof-of-concepts, pilots, minimum viable products with Tech team
Your team
You’ll be working in the Products team in Zürich. We are an international distributed team, based in Zürich working for UBS Asset Management.
Our team is managing several platforms for product onboarding and marketing. We drive the technology change and support the global expansion of our business units platforms. We are supportive for our employees to work flexible working hours.
Your expertise
• total min. 10 to 15 years of IT experience in finance domain, preferably in Asset Management with the fair understanding of:
• Fund Lifecycle Management, Fund Allocations, Different types of products like Alternatives, Passive, ETFs etc.
• different Asset classes like Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives
• Asset Management Regulatory Requirements like MiFID, PRIIPs, TCFD
• ESG Investment applicable for Asset Management firms
• experience in defining complex requirements into FSDs, ability to define user journeys with various analysis tools and techniques
• must have the experience with databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• experience in defining APIs for the internal/external applications
• good Analytical skills with understanding on UBS Asset Management business processes
• excellent written and spoken English
• hands on experience on Reporting Tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• familiar with Cloud concepts like Power Platform, DataVerse. Completion of AZ-900 certification is added advantage
