As a Java Senior Software Engineer you will help harden solutions for divisions going through a technological as well as organizational transformation. Working in an R&D with an established internal Technology Platform (Xalt) will allow you to provide a reliable and robust software architecture whilst practicing your already proven skills in software engineering. The platform helps our internal divisions and teams to interconnect the diverse software platforms and products we have across Hexagon. - Over 8 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.

- Profound knowledge and practical experience in SDLC, adeptly transforming issues into feasible architectures and software designs through OOP, OOD, and standard software engineering principles.
- Your proficiency extends to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- You are proficient with containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is seen as a plus.
- Previous involvement with Internet of Things (IoT) solutions adds value to your profile.
- Prior knowledge or usage of EDA and event streaming tools like Kafka is advantageous.
