Your role

Are you excited about dealing with a variety of activities, keeping processes up to date and working with multiple stakeholders to provide and efficient and high-quality eDiscovery service?

In your role as eDiscovery Data Specialist within Compliance and Investigations, you’ll:

• defensibly identify, preserve, release and collect electronically stored information (ESI)
• document progress and provide regular status updates
• work as part of a global team and work collaboratively as per the globally defined processes
• identify, support and implement simplification within the eDiscovery processes and tools

Your team

You will be working in the eDiscovery area of Group Investigations, based in Zurich. eDiscovery is a specialized unit supporting complex litigation, investigations and regulatory inquiries by collecting, preserving and processing electronically stored information.

Your expertise

Your expertise:
• understanding of IT landscapes and storage of various data types
• willingness and interest to quickly become a Subject Matter Expert in eDiscovery
• high attention to detail, strong communicator and focus on detailed record keeping
• service-oriented and a strong team player based on collaboration, commitment and knowledge
• strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools
• good proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German language is a plus
• background in regards to the following disciplines is a plus: IT Forensics, IT Security, Data Security, Information Governance, Data Privacy, Compliance
