Intro

Sector: Banking

Duration: 3 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 100’000-130’000

Tasks

Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs for crypto asset management, focusing on KYC and AML regulations
Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure all compliance checks, including identity verification and risk assessment, are conducted effectively
Monitor and analyze transactions involving crypto assets to detect and report suspicious activities in accordance with AML regulations
Stay abreast of international and local regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency space, and adjust compliance policies and practices accordingly
Provide training and support to internal teams regarding compliance best practices, onboarding procedures, and changes in crypto-related regulations

Requirements

Fluency in English and German
Resident in Switzerland
Min. of 2 years of experience in compliance, specifically with KYC and AML practices, ideally within the crypto asset sector.
Proficient with compliance software and tools used in the cryptocurrency industry.
Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
