About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our partner companies and develop its Account Management strategies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that clients receive exceptional experiences, and get the opportunity to contribute to various growth projects.
Join our partner company: A Swiss MarTech company empowering marketers with AI-optimised marketing analytics software, enabling data-driven decision-making for enhanced ad performance and budget optimization.
In this role, you’ll:
- Become an integral part of the Customer Success & Account Management team in Zürich, collaborating closely with Product and Sales to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain high-value, trusted business relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
- Lead strategic account management efforts aimed at expanding accounts, maximising client retention and reducing churn.
- Proactively support clients and handle escalations in partnership with the Customer Success team.
- Champion client renewals and activations in coordination with the Sales team.
- Occasionally travel across Germany, Switzerland and Italy to engage with customers, attend events, and support the team.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in the DACH region and/or Europe.
- Ability to manage client relationships within complex enterprise organisational hierarchies.
- Advanced commercial awareness as well as emotional intelligence.
- Resilient, empathetic, and possessing an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, native or bilingual proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus.
Please note that we are looking for support in the Zürich office of our partner company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
