Your role
Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Finanzbuchhalter/in am Standort Zofingen. Sie werden eine zentrale Rolle in der Finanzbuchhaltung übernehmen, die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen koordinieren und tragen zur Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie zur Gestaltung der globalen Buchhaltungsprozesse bei.
- Finanzbuchhaltung und Berichterstattung nach Swiss GAAP FER sowie der statutarischen Abschlüsse nach Obligationenrecht
- Abwickeln von MWST- und Verrechnungssteuer Themen (Schweiz) als Ansprechpartner und Koordinationsstelle mit externen Beratern
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von Finanzprozessen in SAP R/3 und S/4
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von externen Revisionen durch Wirtschaftsprüfer, Mehrwertsteuer, Steuern, Sozialversicherungen etc.
- Verantwortlich für Intercompany Verrechnungen und Abstimmungen
- Eigenständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung einschliesslich Überwachung der Nebenbücher,
- Funktionelle Teamführung des Buchhaltungsteams sowie Koordination mit dem Shared Service Center
- Verarbeitung von globalen Themen in enger Abstimmung mit Corporate Finance
- Ansprechpartner für Accounting Fragen und Revisionsstellen
Your profile
Fachkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Fachausweis, HF oder FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 5 – 10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines internationalen Unternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von SAP R/3 und Finanzbuchhaltungsprozessen sowie Erfahrung im Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 von Vorteil sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
