Administrative Assistant (d/f/m) – limited until 31.08.2025, Vienna, Austria
Your key responsibilities:
- General administrative support: takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes, also in case of absence of the line manager/team members
- Creates purchase orders and completes other tasks on SAP platform
- Interaction: informs and supports the teams and associates from other teams on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department
- Supports the Customer Service, Market Access and Finance teams
- Supports optimization of current processes in her/his own area of responsibility
- Acts as a team member for administrative projects & manages the administrative part of different tasks
- Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devises ways to streamline processes
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support in an international company
- HAK Matura, bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Experience in providing administrative support to large teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and proactive work
- Languages: Fluent in English and German
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in SAP or Scout

For this position the minimum salary is € 43.548,40/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
