Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• Shape the strategic development and implementation of Generative AI and emerging technologies within Allianz.
• Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Facilitate technology change management, ensuring smooth transition and adoption processes across the organization.
• Spearhead the development of GenAI adoption programs to ensure everyone have the necessary skills to leverage new technologies effectively.
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
• Manage communications and project timelines.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development.
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:  

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field. Business management or MBA degrees with a specialization in technology are also valuable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Strong foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence and data and its impact on business.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, prompting,) and familiarity with AI development tools and platforms.
• Experience or keen interest in designing and delivering upskilling programs focused on new technologies, particularly for users without a technical background.
• Exceptional ability to demystify complex technical concepts, translating them into clear, concise, and impactful language that resonates with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes and business needs, with a keen interest in exploring use cases and integrating new ideas.
• Your experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
