Your tasks
- You collect and analyze the requirements and needs of our customers, support them in defining possible use cases and advise them on possible solution concepts in the area of Customer Data Platforms and other elements of the MarTech tool stack
- You pass on your analytical expertise and recommendations for action to enable data-driven decisions for the customer
- You manage complex projects and translate the client’s goals into tasks for your team members and orchestrate all project stakeholders
- You will also take over or support the implementation and configuration of technical solutions, as well as the roll-out
- You will work closely with our colleagues from the Data Visualization, Digital Analytics and Marketing Science teams to create innovative solutions
- You support your colleagues professionally, technically and in terms of personal development
- You create meaningful presentations and hold informative training sessions for customers and employees
Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management as well as very good analytical skills and strong communication skills
- Several years of professional experience as a data analyst, data engineer, consultant in the field of marketing analytics or similar
- Hands-on experience with a customer data platform such as Tealium, Segment & Co.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Snowplow or Adobe Analytics
- Interest in technologies and tools relating to customer data and consumer journeys
- Completed studies at a university or university of applied sciences in the fields of media informatics/business informatics/digital media or similar
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
