Der Bereich Postpress ist verantwortlich für die Weiterverarbeitung der Druckbögen zum finalen Endprodukt. Für unsere Kunden sind wir am Standort Ludwigsburg weltweit der erste Ansprechpartner für Falzmaschinen, Falzanlagen, Abstapel-Robotik und Sondermaschinen. Durch die stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres innovativen Produktportfolios leisten wir einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Geschäftserfolg der Heidelberg Gruppe. Hierzu wollen wir unser Team am Standort um einen erfahrenen Leiter Einkauf erweitern.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Steuerung des strategischen und operativen Einkaufs für Produktionsmaterial sowie der qualitätsseitigen Lieferantenabwicklung und Disposition
- Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Preise, Termintreue, Qualität und Lagerbestände
- Optimierung des Lieferantenportfolios unter Beachtung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Compliance-Aspekten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufs- und Belieferungsstrategien
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Einkauf und in der Lieferantenentwicklung sowie Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten
- Erstellung von Analysen zur Identifikation von Einsparpotentialen sowie deren Umsetzung
- Umsetzung der globalen Warengruppenstrategie und Beschaffungsziele einer Matrixorganisation
Unsere Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufsqualifizierung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf sowie in der Qualitätssicherung
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie Projektleitungserfahrung
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Module MM/QM)
