Internship / Working student / Master thesis (m/f/d) GenAI in Advanced Process Control

Your role and responsibilities

Investigate the usage of Generative AI in enabling autonomous process operations
Come up with simple tests for the feasibility study of using generative AI to orchestrate process controllers
Evaluate the performance of the proposed solution on certain process examples, e.g., process simulators
Present the results to colleagues from CRC and business to facilitate the collaboration

Qualifications for the role

• Studies in the field of information technology, artificial intelligence or process controll and automation
• Profound knowledge of python
• Basic knowledge of generative AI
• Knowledge in process control and automation is a plus
• Creativity and flexibility and strong innovative spirit
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, friendly and able to work independently
