Vantive: A New Company Built On Our Legacy

Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Innerhalb unserer R&D Abteilung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

• Koordination, Organisation, und Planung des Laborteams in Übereinstimmung mit aktuellen QS-/Umwelt-/EHS-Vorschriften und Standards

• Pflege, Optimierung des elektronischen Systems zur Laborbeauftragung

• Pflege und Optimierung des elektronischen Systems zur Labordokumentation

• Pflege von Labormethoden in Übereinstimmung mit aktuellen QS-Vorschriften und Standards

• Mitarbeit an der Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsversuchen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

• Personalverantwortung

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches (z. B. Chemie, Physik, Biologie) oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Biomedizintechnik)

• Erfahrung in Personalverantwortung und Labormanagement

• Verständnis im Bereich Labormethodenentwicklung und -validierung von Vorteil

• Effektive Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen

• Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, zwischen Projekten und Aufgaben zu wechseln

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
