As
Head of Supply Chain (gn),
you are responsible for our long-term supply chain strategy and are expanding it to a capacity of more than 1 million devices per year. You understand the electronics industry and optimize procurement and manufacturing prices as well as the quality of the products. You ensure a robust and efficient supply of thermostats. While you lead our supply chain team, you don't lose sight of cash flow and working capital. In this way you contribute to our Mission and the sustainable growth of vilisto.
Aufgaben
What you do with us
- You are responsible for our supply chain management including sales and operations planning, procurement, return and quality processes
- With your hands-on mentality, you implement processes and structures that help us take our supply chain to the next level
- Together with your team, you will manage and expand our existing network of suppliers and logistic partners and pursue both cost optimization and quality improvements
- You negotiate contracts with our suppliers and manufacturers and monitor their performance
- You are responsible for the establishment and further development of supply chain KPIs for the effective control of our international production
Anforderungen
What you bring along
- You have many years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the electronics industry
- Your in-depth knowledge of supply chains, logistics processes and best practices, including methods/technologies such as ERP as well as sales and operations planning, will help you to manage our supply chain proactively and continue to scale significantly
- Thanks to your strong purchasing, negotiation, project management and financial skills, you can successfully complete projects
- You communicate confidently in German and English in our international team
- You are passionate about working with us to drive climate protection forward
