Your Tasks
Join our forward-thinking controlling team as Financial Controller (m/f/x), where you play a crucial role in managing the headquarters EBIT result.
- Preparation and analysis the Statement of Income, reports, and presentations, providing accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
- Forecasting, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and SOI positions, ensuring effective financial planning and control.
- Conducting financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis, to provide insights and recommendations to management for performance improvement and cost management.
- Monitoring and managing financial transactions between headquarters and other entities, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with intercompany policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate guidelines.
- Utilizing financial systems and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Coordinating and providing support for internal and external audits of headquarters' financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior financial professionals, and business partners to provide financial insights, support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of financial operations in the headquarters to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience
- 6 years' experience in controlling, finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve financial issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing financial regulations, technologies, and business needs.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English written and spoken
