Group AI Manager

The Group AI Manager will ensure the systematic dissemination of AI knowledge within mci group, maintain a centralized AI resource centre, review and approve AI applications, provide AI training, and audit compliance with AI standards. He/she will also be in charge of projects related to AI tools dedicated to our business.
The Group AI Manager will report directly to the CIO and work in close collaboration with other members of the IT department, talents, vendors and third-party providers.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regular communication plan to keep all mci group talents informed about AI developments and initiatives.
- Coordinate AI initiatives and identify solutions that will benefit to talents depending on their role.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Intranet page dedicated to AI, ensuring it remains a comprehensive resource center with up-to-date documents, manuals, training sessions, past communiqués, and lists of approved/forbidden apps.
- Review app usage/installation requests, assessing their safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Design and deliver regular AI training sessions, including online modules, team-specific training, super-user training, and local champion training.
- Conduct audits at HQ and offices to ensure adherence to AI standards, in preparation for ISO 27001 & 27701 audits focusing on AI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at HQ for AI-related inquiries and issues from all offices.
- Manage AI projects dedicated to our business.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in management, business or IT
- Min 5 years of experience within an international environment
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing), any additional language is an asset
- Proven experience in communication management, preferably within the tech or AI domain.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Prior experience with AI concepts and applications, though deep technical AI expertise is not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest AI trends and standards
- Familiar with ISO 27001 & 27701 standards (a plus)
- Open to frequent travels
Specific required skills:
- Prior experience in training and education.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or any other AI solution.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of problems
