On behalf of our customer we are looking for a
Customer Service and Orderhandling
flexible working hours, core time: 09:30 – 16:00 (on Fridays 15:00)
Tasks:
- Input orders and forecasts manually or automatically. (Includes all necessary actions like calculating the demand, creating material, etc)
- Support responsible Key Account Manager/ Sales exceutive to handle customer's requests related to such as Quality, Pricing, technical issues
- Support responsible Key Account Manager/ Sales executive with monthly plannig (8 months forecast) and annual sales planning
- Check availability
- Take all necessary actions to ensure an in-time-delivery to the customer (ask purchasing department to schedule in, arrange direct shipments, etc)
- Confirm to customer
- Issue deliveries to customer
- Handling of daily supply correspondance and stock inquiries
- Take immediate actions in case of line stop
- Support manager and other departments in customer related projects
- Run tests for customer related projects (new EDI, consignment, etc.)
- Provide best customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Processing of complaints and returns
Your profile:
- German and English fluently in spoken and written
- Confident use of computer applications (MS-Office, ideally SAP R3 )
- Customer orientated
- Cost-conscious thinking
- Analytical thinking and excellent numerical comprehension
- Readiness for flexible working time, overtime, business trips and further education
