iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
The Global Alliance Management Public Private Partnerships Team, as part of Sanofi’s Partnering department, is actively managing Sanofi's alliances, monitoring timelines and supervising timely achievement of the deliverables and milestones. Alliance Management is on top of all non-scientific items of an alliance in close relationship with the scientific leader. The VIE offers a unique opportunity and work experience for applicants.

As Public Private Partnership Alliance Junior Manager within our The Global Alliance Management Public Private Partnerships Team, you’ll support us with increasing numbers of consortia and alliances in its perimeter requiring additional work in monitoring and coordination of the portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
- Strengthening Sanofi’s external innovation capacity by supporting the alliance management of public private partnerships.
- Supporting effectively and results-oriented the preparation and implementation of complex public private partnership agreements with external partners for Sanofi R&D and affiliates.
- Overviewing and documenting the corresponding alliance portfolio.
- Monitoring and periodical reporting of project status and progress based on relevant KPIs and milestones
- Proactive management in the case of issues arising in alliances.
- Updating profiles in reporting and project documentation tools and other tracking systems.
- Establishing one-page executive partnership briefing documents.
- Full team integration and participation in all relevant departmental meetings.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sectors, drug development process, alliance, or project management, contracting or intellectual property management would be an asset.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and to build cross-functional and external relationships.
- Good organization and time management skills, able to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
Education:
- Scientific, Medical or Pharma degree preferred.
- Master of Business Administration or other business/legal degree with some link/experience in pharmaceutical industry or R&D could also be considered.
Languages:
- Fluency in English (TOEIC/TOEFL or other certificate preferred).
- Knowledge of German, French or other language would be considered as an asset.
