What you can expect
- You are the central point of contact for the team regarding Demand Generation and campaigns.
- You develop marketing concepts and campaign strategies and implement them together with the team.
- Through continuous market and competitor observation, you identify new trends and derive concrete measures from them.
- To steer campaigns towards specific target groups, you skillfully utilize content recycling and adaptation.
- The continuous evaluation of our measures falls within your area of responsibility, and you are responsible for campaign reporting with corresponding action derivation.
- You support your team with your marketing expertise in the conception and implementation of omni-channel campaigns along the customer journey with a focus on Demand Generation.
- You design and develop email flows and automation chains that contribute to lead nurturing and increase conversion.
- You independently acquire knowledge about audiences, market environments, and tools to stay up-to-date.
This is what you bring along
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills and use them confidently.
- You have successfully completed your studies (in Media/Marketing/Communication) or have equivalent training (e.g., Media Salesperson).
- Thanks to your several years of professional experience in the marketing or agency world, you are well-equipped with experience for the daily challenges.
- In the past, you have gained experience with the marketing automation system HubSpot and can contribute this knowledge effectively.
- Proactivity, independence, commitment, and a hands-on mentality describe your daily work approach well.
- You are highly organized, work independently, and even in hectic times, you always keep a cool head.
- Your solution-oriented, analytical thinking, and pronounced understanding of numbers help you to understand campaign metrics, analyze them, and derive optimizations.
- You are always curious to learn about new trends and stay up-to-date.
- Thanks to your curiosity, you have very good knowledge in the technology sector and understand the challenges for companies that come with digital transformation.
- In the past, you have already gained initial leadership experience, such as project management.
