Accounting Clerk

• Contact person for all accounting enquiries from the team and the hotels
• Control and monitoring of all accounting areas (accounts payable and accounts receivable, general accounting)
• Processing of daily correspondence
• Controlling sales and bookings
• Allocation and recording of bank and creditor accounts, including reconciliation of debtors
• Preparation and control of weekly payments
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual budgets
• Participation in special tasks and projects in the area of accounting
• Management and control of internal processes and their optimisation
